How is Trialsights priced?
Per clinical trial, as one annual price. Your quote is driven by participants enrolled, active sites, and which modules and add-ons the trial enables. Contact us and we'll put together a quote within two business days.
Are the modules sold separately?
Yes. Lab Surveillance Compliance and Participant Compliance are independent modules. Each trial enables exactly what it needs, one or both, on top of the shared platform.
What dose verification is included by default?
The Participant Compliance module includes pill identification and counting by default, using guided photo capture with on-device AI. Dose Guarantee, our AI-verified video dosing add-on, can be enabled where doses are critical.
Can we enable Dose Guarantee for only part of a trial?
Yes. Dose Guarantee is enabled per trial and can be scoped to the arms or cohorts where verified ingestion matters most. It requires the Participant Compliance module and is currently in early access.
Do you sign BAAs and support Part 11 audits?
Yes. Enterprise engagements include a BAA, and the platform is built around 21 CFR Part 11-aligned, hash-chained audit trails across all modules.
